Visual Impairment Rehabilitation Officer required for a specialist post in our Sensory Team. The applicant should hold relevant Honours degree or Diploma in Higher Education/Foundation Degree in Rehabilitation Studies (Visual Impairment) or equivalent and being registered with the professional body RWPN.
The applicant should have experience working autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team, has good understanding of National Occupational Standards for Specialist Sensory Workers, specialist assessments and interventions. The role involves working from home and from the office on rota. The applicant will be required to work from Monday to Friday 36 hours a week. Evidence of current registration with professional body RWPN is essential.
