To manage the ER Pathway Team (Leaving Care Service), The team is responsible for supporting CLA from 16 years old up transitioning to Care Leavers at 18 years old and support may be offered to 24 years if the young adults need it. There are 2 FTE managers in post currently and the successful post holder will be covering long term sickness for one of the managers.
