It is an exciting time to join Swindon Safeguarding Teams as we prepare for the launch of a new practice framework – the Family Safeguarding Model in May. We offer good management support, reflective time, group supervision and are also working towards a reduction in caseloads. As an Advanced Social Worker you will undertake complex work involving comprehensive assessments, outcome focused plans, child protection plans and care proceedings. The role will also involve offering support and guidance to students and newly qualified staff.
