EHASH are the front door of the Early Help and Children's social care system, the Team Manager will be a part of the EHASH leadership team in supporting decision making on all contacts made to the service to ensure that children and young people receive a timely response to their support needs. Partnership working is integral to the post. The Team Manager is responsible for performance in the team, the support and supervision of staff and promoting ongoing learning and development in order to promote ongoing improvements in the service provided to children and their families.
Whilst the team is working under hybrid office arrangements (2 days working from home/3 days in the office) there is flexibility needed in order to support the needs of the service. For the first 3 weeks or until a applicant is confident with the EHASH processes/tasks the expectation would be that they are in the office full time.
