Working to support adults, and their families, who have complex social needs and are more vulnerable as a result of disability, exclusion, or diminished capacity, you will maximise their potential to live independently.
This Social Worker role is currently in the Physical & Sensory Impairments team within our Adult Social Care function. This position requires working with adults who have a large variety of conditions.
