The Rose Hill FSP team is a lively and dynamic team made up of social workers, senior practitioners, student social workers and Children's Practitioners managing caseloads comprised primarily of Child in Need, Child Protection and legal proceedings. This role is being created in addition to the current management structure to support supervision and management capacity in light of a recent growth to the team, and will involve close support and working with the TM and other ATM.
Court experience preferable. Candidate will have experience supervising workers, managing case progression and staff performance and quality assuring work. To support existing TM and ATM in role due to expanding size of team.
