working with children and families who are under going care proceeding's.
Undertaking assessments, that will inform permanancy plans for children
undertaking a variety of reports and assessments including PAMS< parenting, Together and apart, CPR, adoption paperwork/ assessment
supporting families and children under the pressure and process of court intervention
undertaking multi agency meetings
visiting children, gather wishes and feelings that inform planning for children
being child focused
being evidenced based
Working with children who are looked after, and undertaking looked after procedures
Working with children who are placed within the family
