2 X QSW required asap in the Duty & Assessment Team , Central. Successful candidate will be expected to work across 3 areas. Chorley South Ribble, Preston and West Lancs.
This is a role on the duty & assessment team. Duties will include;
• Screening of referrals with guidance of manager.
• Responding to professional and client queries to the duty service.
• Holding cases from the point of referral until closure or transfer to alternative team.
• Completing C&F assessments, S47 and occasional court and child looked after work.
• Managing multi agency meetings.
• Presenting cases at court and within CP conferences.
Must have substantial experience
PLEASE ensure that candidates have an in-date DBS/5 year references and CV's
