WE'VE INVESTED IN NEW PERMANENT POSTS IN THIS AREA - AS SUCH WE HAVE A CURRENT NEED FOR AGENCY STAFF DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS TO YEAR OF RECRUITMENT OF THESE POSTS PERMANENTLY. THOSE WITH EXPERIENCE IN FAST PACE FRONT DOOR WORK CAN HELP SHAPE THIS NEWLY EXPANDED SERVICE - BE PART OF SOMETHING, BE PART OF THIS CHANGE.
Advanced Social Workers - Response Teams (Assessment) Pay is fixed at £41 per hour limited Co. (PAYE adjusted to the equivalent total pay) and is non-negotiable. Please do not submit people wanting higher rates.
37 hour per week, no additional allowances – just a simple flat rate at an enhanced pay rate for which a regional exemption is in place from the MoC agreement. Normal permitted mileage applies for performing work duties (not commuting costs)
The Team / Service:
Duty rota current operates 1 week on (expected to be on site) and 2 weeks hybrid - managing your own diary and visits as required, so can work where you work best (home, other offices etc)
As we increase and staff our new 4th and 5th team, this will move to a 1 week on 4 week write ups etc.

Previous experience in Front door or Child Protection is desired, immediate interviews and starts.
Full training and support provided; using Signs of Safety (model of practise) and Mosaic IT Systems.
