I need a fast paced duty social worker to deliver excellent quality assessments which meet our practice standards . They need to talk children , be outcome focussed , be a team player and deliver efficient practice . I need them being busy doing the right things , completing direct work with every child , holding family network meetings creating family plans that will bring about change> we aim for 25 day assessments too! You will have excellent management, supportive team but will need to join us and run with your children straight away .
