Are you an experienced qualified Social Worker with a strong interest in working with young adults?
An opportunity has arisen for an agency post within the Young Adults Team, as part of the Vulnerable Adults Service.
This role is working with young people aged 18-25 who have additional needs by virtue of a disability, and/or Autism. These can be care leavers or young people presenting in crisis. This work is varied and requires working in a multi-agency manner with Worcestershire Children’s First (WCF), Special Educational Needs Department (SEND), health colleagues, housing, Police, and probation services to ensure that young people get the range of options they deserve when moving into adulthood.
We are looking for an individual who has a passion for this area of work, combined with great social work skills.
