Need care coordination in the mental health team. Experience of dealing with CPA patient as well as good knowledge of mental health Act 1983. Good understanding of the Care Act and mental capacity Act including able to organise a care package for the patient.  Require a male social worker as we have some male patient who may be risk to our female staff members.
