Qualified Social worker with at least 3 years of experience post ASYE or post qualification in Adults Social Care; currently registered with the Social Work England;
Is immediately available for employment;
Is double jabbed and able to provide evidence;
Has a current experience with Hospital Social Work (since March 2020);
Skilled with Continuing NHS Healthcare framework assessments;
Experienced with undertaking Mental capacity act assessments and Safeguarding enquiries
Preferably with access to a car and is driving
