being able to clinically support eligible needs under the Care Act and present this information in written and verbal form as requried.
Cases may require MCA's to be considered and completed in line with best practice and best interest principles. Consideration of best use of public funds and use of Assistive technology is expected.
Cases may involved safeguarding, or you working with people who are hard to engage/ hoard/ have complex family or home situations.
