Social Worker - Access Team

Salary £32 - £35 per hour

Must have some previous experience or demonstrate understanding on the front door service and how the referral and assessment process works.

ACCESS Team - home based (normally office based) initial intake screening role.

We will pay 40 hour contracts so get paid for the work you do instead of giving away time elsewhere!

The Access Team sits within the Front Door of our Integrated Children’s Service.

You will be office (Well home) based and will be triaging referrals coming into the team regarding children & young people with welfare concerns.

Given the nature of this role, you will be well versed in dealing with professionals and parents daily by telephone. In this non-caseholding role, you will be applying threshold for Universal Service, Early Help and Social Care in a rapid and timely manner – if you are looking for a desk based role to practice your social work in a fast paced environment, this will be an ideal team for you.
