A creative and committed individual is sought to work as part of a multi agency team to deliver high quality support plans to children and families seeking sanctuary from Ukraine placed with Host Families in the Borough of Southwark.
This will involve providing outreach and home visiting to ensure that families are connected to local resources including access to health, education and social networks of support. The ability to work in collaboration with key partners, excellent planning, recording skills and a commitment to culturally sensitive practice is essential. While not essential fluency in Ukrainian language and or Slavic languages is desirable.

Face to face work in line with PHE guidelines including PPE
