Position Overview: As a Medical Registrar (ST3+), you will play a vital role in the medical team, delivering expert care to patients and contributing to the overall functioning of the hospital. Your clinical acumen and commitment to patient well-being will make a significant impact on healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Participate in medical rounds, case discussions, and team meetings.
- Supervise and support junior medical staff, contributing to their professional development.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records in compliance with regulations.
- Medical degree and full registration with the UK Medical Board.
- Completion of Foundation Training and progress in Specialty Training (ST3+).
- Relevant experience as a Medical Registrar in a clinical setting.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a wide range of medical conditions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals.
