One of our clients are looking for PM to effectively and efficiently manage all project related costs in a manner as to maximize profitability whilst effectively identifying and managing any financial risks. To enforce and ensure all aspects of cost control procedures are implemented in accordance with the Surveyors & Project managers protocols and thereby ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled for each project. To provide assistance to the Commercial Director and Commercial Accountant in accurately preparing and producing monthly CVR’s.

Overall responsibilities- maintenance of commercial/financial project information. monitoring of all costs. preparing project specific cash flow forecasts. holding weekly commercial meetings with project mangers following set commercial agendas. management and negotiation of sub-contract packages. identifying, pricing, agreeing scope charges. weekly sign off/ approval of fitter invoices.

Financial management information- assist with the production of monthly cost reports in line with financial calendars. obtain and check sage cost reports to ensure all material PO's and Labor PO's are correct. Sign off fitter invoices and keep a log of areas signed off. Review, action keep and log of all DW's, CVI's that are issued to the clients. ensure all materials order requests associated with instructed variations are sent to procurement for processing. To process project specific cash/ apps flows.

Project Administration- weekly meetings with CM following company commercial agendas. any plant ordered must be hired immediately, hire/off hire receipts to be maintained. Assist with setting up the Project. Financial filing system in accordance with the Surveyor’s procedures. Prepare and assist with the setup/format of the White Card System for residential projects. Ensure access to any MC business portal is available and monitoring of all SI’s
