Children's Social Care Performance Lead

The Performance Lead will be responsible for coordinating and analysing performance using a wide range of analytical techniques and informing areas for improvement, while communicating to a wide range of stakeholders. The role will ensure that key data is accurate, robust, supports targeted data audits to ensure consistency and integrity of data and benchmarks our performance against national and regional peers.
We are looking for an experienced candidate with strong background of in understanding qualitative and quantitative analysis, combined with the ability to communicate and influence people from a range of Children’s Services professionals and other stakeholders. They will have demonstrable experience of working in a performance-related background and presenting reports for a variety of audiences. Given the fast-paced and demanding environment, strong organizational skill is essential.
