The main focus of this role is to provide operational support within the team on a day to day basis, including aspects of housing enquiries, bookings, tenancy matters and maintenance functions.
This is a varied position in which you'll be required to ensure that the correct procedures are followed whilst responding to any general enquiries, updating systems, assist with marketing the accommodation through a range of methods and assist with other ad hoc admin duties where required . You will also be providing the Accommodation Manager and the Accommodation Team with administrative support and the first point of contact for visitors.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a positive and flexible attitude, be exceptionally organised and have outstanding attention to detail whilst working well under pressure. You will also need to ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times. you will be contracted 40 hrs a week - duration pending
