Position Overview: As an A&E Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care within the fast-paced and dynamic environment of the Emergency Department. Your expertise, compassion, and dedication will contribute to efficient patient management and optimal healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, triage, and provide nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of medical emergencies.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as per protocols and physician orders.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, response to treatment, and changes in condition.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
  • Assist in the maintenance of equipment and supplies, ensuring the readiness of the department.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with full registration and licensure in the UK.
  • Significant experience working as an A&E Nurse.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Strong clinical and assessment skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
  • Commitment to maintaining high clinical standards and participating in professional development.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
