Complaints & Clinical Governance
The complaints team is made up of clinical staff including a Professional Midwifery Advocate (PMA), experienced registered nurses, a Governance lead as well as a Revalidation expert.
We have a robust complaints policy and our aim is to support all workers who work through Day Webster with a focus on those who are full time agency. We believe that by supporting these staff there is a potential to reduce non-clinical and clinical complaints coming through by
re-education and training.
We also offer a support service for those workers who may be experiencing more than one
complaint within a period of time. Our preference is always to support rathernthan punish and we have received very positive feedback from both clients and
candidates who have been through the process.
