Brighton NHS workers, including Nurses, Midwives, and more take to the ice as a thank you treat for their hard work put in over the years.
Last Friday on October 28th, over 400 healthcare staff from University Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust had the opportunity to go skating at Brighton Pavilion ice rink with friends and family a day before the official venue opening.
The Director of Charities at University Sussex NHS Trust, Steve Crump, spoke about the event “The Royal Pavilion Ice Rink has a magical quality about it, especially when illuminated at night.”
He added, “This was a real treat for our hardworking and dedicated staff who go above and beyond for patients in their care every day.”
