As an organisation, we are committed to ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chains. We show our commitment through our internal policies outlined below:
Working time, rest breaks and night working policy
Annual leave and holiday pay policies and procedures

We ensure all service level agreements signed by our suppliers comply with our policies and procedures on slavery and human trafficking. As this is a new legal requirement, we ensure that the correct information is provided around this area. Our Head of Compliance and Compliance managers conduct regular bi-annual audits on our suppliers.
We intend to take the following steps to further combat slavery and human trafficking:
Introduce a supplier code of conduct on recruitment of temporary workers
Assess their recruitment processes and procedures
