Graphic Designer Apply

We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer with 2-3 year’s experience to work across both brands. You will work collaboratively with the Directors and Communication and Media Manager to create forward thinking concepts.

You will be hands on, have a keen eye for detail, a love for digital and print design, and experience in managing asset production for multiple channels and platforms.

The role is based in Loughton, Essex and is 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri.

Salary is dependent on experience; the successful Graphic Designer will receive 20 days annual leave + bank holidays.974697*-*96

Responsibilities and Duties


  • Responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing creative assets both in print and digital forms, such as social media, adverts, banners, brochures, packaging and much more.
  • Displaying a true understanding of our values, you will become a brand guardian, delivering cohesive campaigns that align to our guidelines, whilst remaining current.
  • Combining excellent communication skills with exceptional attention to detail, you will be responsible for complete project development, from concept, through design, presenting, to creating print-ready artwork.

Build and manage successful relationships with suppliers to meet budgetary and quality needs.

Qualifications and Skills


  • Graphic Design degree or equivalent
  • You’ll need to be experienced in Adobe CS suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Have a genuine love for digital and print design
  • Have an interest in and appreciation for health and fitness
  • With excellent skills in layout, typography and retouching
  • Ability to give and take art direction and feedback with excellent attention to detail
  • Hardworking and a great team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills to ensure all content is of brand quality and timed in correctly
  • Ability to successfully meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment

Desirable experience and skills (not essential):

  • A basic knowledge of 3D software
  • Photography
  • Copywriting
